Jonelle Salter

Jonelle Salter is a Mechanical Engineer (BSc) by trade, but she is perhaps more notably an inspirational coach and training associate extraordinaire.

With over 26 years of energy industry experience, Jonelle is able to extract from her extensive Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) experience to bring a strategic, grounded, and seasoned approach to coaching and professional development.

Jonelle is a qualified Lumina Spark and Lumina Leader coach and is CIPD Qualified - she obtained her Certificate in Learning and Development Practice in 2011. Jonelle is a natural coach who enjoys the development and growth of others and through her Lumina Spark/Leader coaching sessions she loves to see clients learning to lead authentically and develop a greater awareness of themselves and their purpose.

Combining her operational skills and her natural flair for communications her training sessions are clear, engaging, and enjoyable.
