My passion is to make business analysis training engaging by using up-to-date materials with innovative delivery methods at a competitive price. My mission is to provide top quality training that makes a real-life impact to your team and your business

I am an experienced consulting business analyst, BCS oral examiner, member of many BCS expert panels, and a BCS Accredited trainer.

Business analysis has been my passion even before the title existed! Stakeholder management, problem-solving, improving processes, gathering requirements and conducting audits were all part of regular project work.

I offer BCS accredited business analysis training and consultancy courses, mentoring and support at Foundation, Practitioner and Professional levels.

In my training courses, accessibility is an important consideration; all course graphics have been professionally designed to work for anyone who is colour blind or dyslexic. The backdrop colour in the App can be tailored to suit any preference.

Outside of work, I am a keen SCUBA diver and qualified as an instructor in 1995. I enjoy diving around the UK and recently dived with seals in the Bristol Channel. I have also enjoyed tinkering with motorbikes since childhood – my latest project has been to build a Harris Magnum IV. Riding it to the Isle of Man TT was a highlight of 2018 with the best weather seen there for decades!
