Janet Shockness

Janet is the Founder and Director of Harley J Associates Ltd, a training and consultancy company based in London, UK.

Janet is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, PeopleCert approved instructor, and accredited PRINCE2 and Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Janet uses her experience in areas such as finance and local government, and passion as an educator for over 15 years to support organisations to upskill their staff in project management disciplines.

Janet teaches using virtual conferencing tools and in person in the UK and abroad. She, and her team of qualified educators, are proud of their ability to communicate complex concepts simply and maintain high pass rates for PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner training.

Her involvement with diverse initiatives such as financial regulatory compliance, business process changes, and user acceptance testing software projects have contributed to our robust knowledge of organisational cultures and systems - valuable knowledge that is passed on in our teaching and consultancy.

Janet strives to continually employ innovative and efficient ways to deliver services that are highly valuable to her clients.

Janet has a passion for education and enjoys helping others to learn new skills and achieve their learning aims and objectives. Her teaching style gives training meaning by relating key concepts directly to work situations.
